Manage your Stress with Walk, Run or Meditation

If you are not able to sit calm or can't feel relax just sitting down . Go for a long walk. That really helps. Run, if you can. Or you can indeed manage stress, panic and anxiety by practicing deep breathing exercises. Breathe deeply from your abdomen, observe how your muscles contract and expand as you breathe. Slowly and gently, inhale from your nose and focus on the sensations you experience as fresh air enters your lungs. Hold your breath for a few seconds before slowly releasing the air through your mouth. Repeat this process at least ten times, make sure each cycle is a little bit slower than the last. When you’re done, you’ll realize your mental state has changed.

  • Be aware, do your work hard.
  • Enjoy everything but do not get into it.
  • May be, every action ( Karma) do not give you happiness but that is for sure there is no happiness without an action.(Karma)
  • When one door of happiness closes, another opens. But we are so busy to keep an eye on close door and don't even try to look at the door open for us.
